We are on our way for a week long trip to Georgia to visit Tim's family...two kids on a 4 hour plane ride and then a few more hours in the car to make it to our destination...wow! this will be a first. Griffin has been on a plane, but doesn't really remember, but is so excited to sit at the window and see the clouds. But he told us that he didn't want to go through the clouds because then the birds would not have a place to sit...so thoughtful, don't you think?
Most of my day was spent just organizing and planning how to keep these kids occupied and not turn into one of "those" families on a plane full of people. I filled up my ipod with all of Griffin's favorite songs too, anything to help. We have lots of things planned for the week and I can't wait to get some real practice with my camera on the east coast...we will be back with lots of stories, I am sure...

Have a great trip! I will need advice from you on what you did to entertain your daughter - I am flying (alone! AHH!) with Aaron in July to visit Lee's family in Florida (he will be on a mission trip to Belize) Since they are close to the same age, hopefully you will be an expert after this! =)
